Genetics & Lineage

Monkey Dick Autoflower is a cross of Monkey Dick x ruderalis. The original Monkey Dick strain is a cross of Chunky Monkey x Moby Dick — Chunky Monkey contributes density and tropical fruit character, while Moby Dick brings potency and vigor. Note that Monkey Dick is a separate strain from Blue Monkey Dick (BMD), which is Mac’s original creation that adds Blue Dream into the mix. For the autoflower version, Mac at Lighthouse Genetics crossed the Monkey Dick photoperiod with ruderalis to introduce the autoflowering trait.

Appearance

As an autoflower, plants stay compact and manageable, typically reaching 60–100 cm. Buds develop with a generous coating of trichomes and orange pistils. The overall structure is well-suited to small grow spaces, tents, and balcony grows where height is limited.

Monkey Dick Autoflower carries a pungent, earthy aroma with sweet undertones. The flavor is smooth with earthy and slightly sweet notes on the inhale and exhale. Terpene expression can vary between phenotypes.
