We stand behind our genetics. If your seeds don’t germinate within 30 days of delivery, we’ll work with you to make it right.

How It Works

  1. Attempt germination using a proven method within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date.
  2. If seeds fail to germinate, email us at macsbudz@lighthousegenetics.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the seeds
    • A brief description of your germination method
  3. We review every claim on a case-by-case basis.
  4. If approved, we send replacement seeds. Customer covers shipping on replacements.

Why We Require Photos

A seed that has been properly germinated and failed will show clear signs of water absorption and decay. A seed that was never placed in water looks completely different. Photos help us verify legitimate claims and allow us to keep offering this guarantee to honest growers.

Important Notes

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date (verified via tracking).
  • Replacements are subject to availability and handled at our discretion.
  • This guarantee covers seed viability only – not growing conditions, environment, or grower error beyond germination.

Returns & Exchanges

Cannabis seeds are a biological product and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
