If a return is authorized, we’ll provide instructions. Authorized returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval using a trackable service.
Unless the issue is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we approve the claim (and, if applicable, after returned items are received and inspected). Processing times vary by payment provider.
